These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Blackjack For Fun ("App"). The App is provided by an individual developer based in France ("Developer", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Blackjack For Fun is a simulation game for entertainment purposes only. It does not offer real money gambling, betting, or wagering. The Developer is not a gambling operator.
All chips, balances, and rewards in the App are fictional digital items with no real-world value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, redeemed, or converted to money, prizes, or anything of monetary value.
The App offers optional in-app purchases for additional fictional chips. These purchases are consumable digital entertainment items only. They do not create any entitlement to real money, prizes, or transferable assets.
Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Except where required by applicable law or Apple policy, purchases are non-refundable.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The App includes responsible messaging and is intended for casual entertainment. You are responsible for your own use of the App and any spending decisions made through your Apple account.

We may, at any time and without prior notice, modify app features, chip balances, table limits, gameplay mechanics, or available content. We may also fix bugs or reset data where reasonably necessary for integrity, fairness, maintenance, or compliance.
The App and all related content (including software, design, graphics, text, branding, and gameplay systems) are owned by or licensed to the Developer and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App, or limit functionality, at any time, including where we believe these Terms have been violated or where required for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or platform reasons. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the App will meet your specific expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
The App is a simulated game and is not intended to constitute regulated gambling under UK or US law. No real money staking, payout, or redeemable value is available through the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence, disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
